Web Wednesday.

On this edition of Web Wednesday I am doing something a little different. Instead of spotlighting any single person or Website I thought I'd share a few random bits of fun. Like the picture above. Where else can you find a Kitten Gangster but the Internet. Check after the jump for more Internet goodness.

Sometimes I find a random video or picture and while I enjoy what I see, I never get around to finding out who did it or if they've done anything else. My laziness aside these are cool videos that deserve to be watched. So let's get to it.

Our first video is a awesome stop motion short using Lego mini-figs. This one in particular stars a custom Captain America mini-fig kicking unholy amounts of ass.

Keeping with the Lego theme here we have the same type of video only using Gears of War as the theme. There a lot of these videos on Youtube. Take a few minutes and check some of theme out.

Here we have out first music video. This is a unofficial James Bond theme song. Fair warning the video is full of cursing. It's funny and actually sort of fits into Bond's character. If a little exaggerated.

If you are anything like me then you grew up with Pokemon. If so the above video will appeal to you. It is a Pokemon parody of the LMFAO song Party Rock Anthem. Just like the real song the parody is so catchy.

As I have said before I am not much of a gamer. There are a few series that I have played multiple times through out the years. One of them is the Legend of Zelda series. This video, which uses the animated style from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, is just beautiful. The animation and sound design are so true to the game, although upgraded quite a bit, that I can't help but reminisce about it.

Next we have a send up to 80's anime style cartoons. I say "anime style cartoons" as opposed to anime because the fictitious show feels too American to be Japanese. Either way it's a lot of fun.

The video is from a group called "Thousand Pounds". They make fight videos based on video games and anime. While the videos have little to no story the choreography is beyond reproach.

Finally we have a video by FreddieW. I haven't watched all of his videos but the ones I have seen have a lot of gun based action scenes. Like the fight scene above the action is great, however these scenes contain a bit more of a story.

It always comes back to Legos with me.
