I know I said I wasn't going to watch Raw anymore, and I meant it, but I couldn't ignore this. So. On this week's Raw the prodigal son returns.

Shane McMahon.

I love Shane McMahon. How could I not. He is the coolest of all the McMahons, in fact he is the only cool McMahon. He is incredibly entertaining and a welcome return.

Do you know what he's not?

A wrestler.

He is not a wrestler.

He did some cool stuff in the ring, which was made all the more impressive by the fact that he didn't have to do it. Any of it. But, whether for the love of wrestling or because he knew it was good for the company, he did it.

He left the WWE in 2010. He hasn't competed in the ring in 6 years. When he fought Randy Orton years ago people were up in arms over the idea that he was being billed as an equal to the Apex Predator.

Now, we are supposed to be excited that he is facing The Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

Let's just take a look at that for a second.

The Undertaker in the past few years has only been defeated in singles competition by Brock Lesnar. You have to go back to 2010 for the last time the man lost a singles match. The guy he lost to was Kane. So in that past 6 years the only men to defeat him are the Beast and the Big Red Machine.

Not only that but he is the only man to defeat Brock Lesnar in the past 3 years, in one on one competition.

So we have a guy who is basically tied as the most powerful entity in the WWE going up against a guy who was never  a wrestler to begin with.

Here's a list of guys that we could have had facing the Undertaker instead. Kevin Owens, John Cena, Luke Harper, Randy Orton, Rusev, Seamus, Alberto Del Rio, Bray Wyatt, Sting, Chris Jericho, AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Finn Balor, Somoa Joe, Baron Corbin, Kurt Angle, HHH, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Kane.

Would all of those opponents have great matches with him, no. But they would all make more sense than Shane McMahon.

We could have had Kevin Owens vs. the Undertaker. Think about that. Owens was trying to get the match but no, this was a better idea.

Taker is 50. I don't know how many more matches he has in him. Imagine if his last match is with Shane McMahon. Not a double retirement match with Sting, not an insane brawl with Kevin Owens, not a Deadman vs Demon match with Finn Balor, not a passing of the torch with Bray Wyatt, or even a dream match with Cena. Instead it's a Hell in a Cell match with Shane O Mac.

I'm sure this match will be interesting but I don't give a shit about it. I don't care about Reigns/HHH either. So far the only thing on the Wrestlemania card I care about is Ambrose/Lesnar. And let's be honest, Ambrose doesn't have a chance in hell.

Shane McMahon vs. the Undertaker.

That is stupid enough to get me to stop watching Smackdown so I don't have to see the inevitable recap.

That's all I had to say.
